What makes a pond?

A pond water feature is a beautiful addition to any garden or outdoor space. It is usually made up of a variety of materials, such as rocks, boulders, and aquatic plants. The mechanical components of a pond from Desert Oasis Water Features and Landscaping include all of the following high quality Aquascape products-A pond skimmer, Biofalls Filter, pond pump, piping, and pond liner and underlayment.

The pond skimmer is the cleaning component of the pond. It's used to collect debris such as leaves or twigs. Piping is placed in such a way that allows for recycled water flow, while the pond liner and underlayment provide structure to the pond in its entirety.

What makes our ponds different is the emphasis on natural materials. This includes how the water in the pond flows. The Biofalls Filter is a unique component of our ponds that collects water from the pond pump where it is recycled back into the pond as a beautifully flowing waterfall or stream. The addition of rocks, plants, and aquatic life, such as fish, are what makes our ponds 100% customizable!

How much does a pond cost?

All of the ponds designed and installed by Desert Oasis Water Features and Landscaping are custom built. Because of their unique character, prices will vary depending upon size, location within the property, landscape surrounding the water feature, and specialty add-ons. However in general, pond start at approximately $7,500.

Once the design of your dreams is planned out, our team will gather the supplies needed to start building! The time it takes to complete a build depends upon the size, location within the property, and details of the finalized design.

01 Request a Quote

Once you have placed your request, a member from our team will contact you to begin the design planning. Please be ready to send in 4-5 pictures of your desired pond location to assist with this process.

02 Design Planning

After discussing the desires and needs of your new pond, our lead designer will come to your property to further discuss the building process and any requirements needed to make your dream come true. Please note that a $100 consultation fee will be due prior to the meeting and will be applied toward the total project cost.
